Productive Employees

Productivity of employees is responsibility of employers. In my books there are no non-productive employees only inefficient business! Productivity of employees is impacted as early as at the recruitment stage, where evaluation and selection play critical role in overall performance of employee and organization they will work for. This stage is followed by on-boarding process that contributes a great deal to long term performance of the employee.

Employee engagement and corporate culture will build on the right choices made in the hiring process and consequently business should have a high degree of fully committed employees. Natural there are factors that can have negative impact on this scenario but risks should be minimal if employers adopt Integrated Talent Management!
