What could work better on Taleo - Talent Management Solutions?!?

Taleo (NASDAQ: TLEO), the leading provider of on-demand talent management software, is recognized as revenue and market share leader in Talent Management Systems. I was wondering if users of Taleo from back-end as well as candidates have any ideas on how to further improve this solution.

I my humble opinion focus should be around front-end. Job application process has to be as lean as possible and candidate's experience has to be enhanced. One way to do this would be to create Unified User Profile (UUP) for applicants. One way to cut down on the number of steps in the application process would be to be able to apply with single candidate profile on all career portals utilizing Taleo - Talent Management Solutions.
